SMS Feedback Program

KIPP North Carolina partners with Saachi, a third-party service provider, to collect feedback from families via SMS text messages. When you participate in our SMS feedback program, we collect the following information:

  • Your mobile phone number
  • Your responses to survey questions
  • Message timestamps and delivery status

How We Use This Information: Your feedback is used solely to understand family experiences and improve our schools. We analyze responses in aggregate to identify trends and areas for improvement. Individual responses may be reviewed by school leadership to address specific concerns.

Data Sharing: Your phone number and survey responses are shared with Saachi solely for the purpose of delivering and processing feedback surveys. We do not sell, share, or use your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in information for marketing or promotional purposes. Your information is used solely for school feedback collection.

Data Retention: We retain SMS feedback data for the duration necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, typically for the school year in which it was collected plus any period needed for year-over-year analysis.

Your Choices: Participation in the SMS feedback program is voluntary. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For questions about our SMS program, please visit our SMS Feedback Program Terms page or contact us at info@kippnc.org.
